5. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS

All services require confirmation through a written agreement or booking.

• A deposit (typically 50%) may be required to secure your project date

• Remaining balances are due as outlined in your service agreement

• Pricing is subject to change and will be confirmed prior to project start

Failure to provide payment may result in delays or cancellation of services.

 

6. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We understand that plans can change.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made with reasonable notice

• Deposits refunds will depend on the stage of the project:

100% deposit refund - 72 hrs before start of the project.  $50 administration fee will apply

50%  deposit refund -  48hrs before start of the project. $50 administration fee will apply

20% deposit refund - 24hrs or less of the start of the project. $50 administration fee will apply.

Non refundable deposit in case of missed appointment on the day of the start of the service.

Specific terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

 

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Website—including text, images, branding, graphics, and design concepts—is the property of In Place Studio, unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content

• Use our materials for commercial purposes

• Modify or create derivative works
